Anchor Susie Gharib Wins Front Page Award for PBS' Nightly Business Report

New York, NY (November 5, 2007) - The Newswomen's Club of New York has honored PBS' Nightly Business Report anchor Susie Gharib with a prestigious Front Page Award for Television Business Reporting. Gharib has been honored for her work, "Woodstock for Capitalists: Coverage of the 2007 Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting," a report from the annual meeting of billionaire Warren Buffett's company in Omaha, Nebraska. The awards presentation will take place at the 69th annual Front Page Awards, held November 29th at Manhattan's historic National Arts Club.

This is the second Front Page Award for Mrs. Gharib. She had been honored previously in 2002 for her roundtable interview with four top CEOs on corporate governance issues and investor confidence in the wake of the business scandals at Enron and WorldCom.
