That's the temperature forecast for inauguration day. 5,000, the number of port-a- potties that will line the national mall, 1,000,000, the number of people expected to view the inauguration from the national mall. And hundreds of thousands more will pack Pennsylvania Avenue to watch the parade. The final number is one. Paul, that's how many people who will be warm and comfortable in my office, watching it all on TV.
