Help - I Don't See The Latest Edition Of NBR
Wednesday, August 30, 2006If you are not seeing the latest edition of NBR, you may need to clear your computer's memory cache. Follow these steps:
- Empty your temporary internet files. To do this in Internet Explorer, select "Tools" and then "Internet Options." You'll see a temporary internet files heading. Click the "Delete Files" button under this heading.
- Reload the streaming page. To do this, return to the NBR Home Page, go to the "On Air" menu button, and select "Streaming Videos." When you get to the page, hold down the SHIFT key and hit your browser's REFRESH button.
- Watch the program. Your computer should now be streaming the latest edition of NBR.
