Philadelphia Stock Exchange Goes Electronic

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange is preparing to go "all-electronic."
Its chairman and CEO, Sandy Frucher said today the exchange's options trading
floor will close within two years. The stock trading floor is already shut.
I sat down with Frucher recently, and asked if there's room for smaller exchange's
to grow amid giants like the NYSE and NASDAQ.
