American companies have long outsourced their high-cost operations to low-cost foreign countries. Now, some American consumers are doing the same with their major medical care. As Jeff Yastine reports in tonight's "Bill of Health," the growing medical tourism industry could spell big changes for U.S. insurers and healthcare providers.
