Many
factors are reshaping the nature of work in America, but perhaps the most
profound is technology. Technological advancements are changing both the
way work is done and the skills needed to do that work. As part of the
"Work in
Progress" special, NBR Washington Bureau Chief Darren
Gersh reports on this trend and interviews one expert - Professor
Frank Levy of MIT - who says technology is creating a new division of
