It's not too late to file your telephone tax refund!

As the tax deadline looms, NBR presents its annual series -- "Tax Tips." Tonight, tax guru Kevin McCormally of Kiplinger's Personal Finance tells you how to file for the long distance telephone tax refund even if you have already filed your 2006 taxes.
