DISCRIMINATION
India's a rising star in the global economy, but rapid growth has created challenges for the nation. In this series of reports that leads up to a special edition of NBR, Washington Bureau Chief Darren Gersh explores India's future and its challenges. Part 3 looks at the nation's efforts to use affirmative action to counter discrimination.
