In an effort to stimulate the economy, the Federal Reserve has been cutting interest rates. But, those cuts don't help curb inflation -- something many consumers are complaining about. In this report, NBR correspondent Suzanne Pratt looks at the forces fueling inflation -- and whether they are real or imaginary.
