Economic Choices 2008 - Greenhouse Gas Emissions

While the economy remains the major issue on the minds of U.S. voters, they're also thinking about climate change. That's even true in Pennsylvania -- a state heavy with industry and mining, and a state that holds its Democratic primary next week. As NBR's Darren Gersh reports, Pennsylvania voters see capping greenhouse gas emissions as both a challenge and an opportunity.
