As the troubles in the U.S. housing market continue, even Americans with good credit -- like Devon and Stacey Wilson -- face major hurdles as they try to secure mortgage loans. NOW's David Brancaccio reports on a government program in California that is trying to figure out sound ways to get families like the Wilsons into homes.
