A Health Insurance Exchange?

President Obama has called on Congress to reform health care in America. Many of the plans lawmakers are considering include the idea of a health insurance exchange. In tonight's program, NBR's Dana Bate examines what a such a marketplace for insurance might look like. You can explore additional background info about the idea here.
