Madoff Victim Speaks

Thursday, June 25, 2009

A judge will sentence financier Bernie Madoff on Monday for masterminding a Ponzi scheme that robbed investors of billions of dollars. Many of Madoff's victims are speaking out, calling for Madoff to receive the maximum punishment. NBR's Jeff Yastine spoke with one of these victims, Stephanie Halio, who says her family's middle-class life has been turned upside down by Madoff. A portion of the interview airs in tonight's program. You can watch the complete interview here. (You need Flash installed to watch.)
