How Do I Get Started?

To receive podcasts, you need a computer, an Internet connection (high-speed is best), and a podcatcher (just a fancy name for software that reads podcasts). To take a podcast with you, you'll need to transfer the podcast from your computer to an iPod or any portable MP3 player.

Here are some examples of podcatchers available on the Internet:

iTunes (PC or MAC)
Juice (PC, MAC, Linux)
Odeo (Web based)
PodNova (Web based)

Once you install a podcatcher or sign-up to access one online, you'll need to tell the software to subscribe to NBR's podcast(s). This usually involves copying the podcast address (URL) and pasting it into your podcatcher. In addition, we've provided a shortcut button to subscribe to our podcasts via iTunes.
