Topic: How do you make time?

As a divorced mother of three daughters I find that time is a rare
commodity! I make the time for them but time for me gets lost in the
shuffle. I would love to have some opportunity to exercise each day
but I just can't figure out how. How do you make time in your
household for personal necessities?
