My son is very sensitive to loud noises and other children's emotions. When he hears a child whining or crying, he immediately freezes, throw whatever he's holding at the time, then he slowly deteriorates into uncotrollable crying. If I'm holding him at the time, he begins to slap my face, and then bites at my shoulder. Same thing happens when he hears a loud, unexpected noise. So far, he only acts out on Mom and Dad. He doesn't run up to people out of the blue and bite. His ears are fine! How do we deal with this?
