An Italian court has ordered the J. Paul Getty Museum to return a rare, Greek bronze statue to Italy. Ownership of the bronze called "Victorious Youth" has been in dispute for several decades, but this is the first time any court has ordered it to be removed from the Getty.

In Mumbai, over a thousand people were detained from protesting the premiere of the film "My Name is Khan," over comments made by the the film's star, Shah Rukh Khan. Khan is also the co-owner of an Indian cricket team, and had said he supported allowing Pakistani cricket players to join his team which angered fans.

A 1,500 year-old street was found this week in Jerusalem by archaeologists that had been used by Christians on pilgrimmage, and appears on an old mosaic map of the region.

And 15 Palestinian families have lodged a complaint against the construction of the planned Jewish Museum of Tolerance, saying the new building would destroy a muslim cemetary.
