On Tuesday, Jeffrey Brown sat down with former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and former New York City Schools Chancellor Joel Klein to discuss a [new report examining the connections between education and national security](http://www.cfr.org/united-states/us-education-reform-national-security/p27618).
