Have you ever wanted to be on Broadway? Well, thousands of young people from around the country do, and a new three-part PBS series is documenting their struggle to get there. It's called "Broadway or Bust," and it's produced by WGBH in Boston. The first episode aired last week, and the second is this Sunday. Earlier Friday, I talked to WGBH executive producer of lifestyle productions Laurie Donnelly about the series: A transcript will be posted soon. You can watch the full first episode below and learn more about the series and watch web extras at the "Broadway or Bust" website. Watch Episode 1: "The Casting Call" on PBS.
