We here at Art Beat enjoy a good contest. So today we unveil the Tuesday Cutline, a contest in which you come up with a caption to a photo and win a prize.

How it will work: Every other Tuesday, we'll post a photo. Then you compose a witty/funny/creative caption, submit it in the comments section below or on the NewsHour's or Art Beat's Facebook pages, where the photo will also be posted, by Friday at 5 p.m. ET.

We'll pick the best caption, announce and post it on Art Beat the following Tuesday and send the creative genius official NewsHour schwag. The tiebreaker for similar or identical entries will be earliest time of submission.

So, let's get this thing going! What's going on in the photo above?
