For this week's contest, we chose a Halloween-themed photo. Some might say it was also an election-themed photo. In any case, the photo taken by Bill Clark of CQ Roll Call of zombies at the U.S. Capitol generated many submissions that made us laugh. Here's the original caption to his photo below:

"Zombies stumble across the East Plaza of the U.S. Capitol to promote The Warehouse: Project 4.1 urban haunted house in Rockville, Md."

Our winner made us laugh the hardest, and she also received the most "likes" on the NewsHour's Facebook page. Congrats, Nancy Pitts Ikley! You'll be receiving a NewsHour mug for your caption:

"No brains here. Must find BRAINS."

Thanks for playing along. We'll have a new contest next week.

About the Tuesday Cutline: Every other Tuesday, we post a photo. You compose a witty/funny/creative caption, submit it by Friday at 5 p.m. ET in the comments section or on the NewsHour's or Art Beat's Facebook pages. The following Tuesday we pick one winner.
