Political critics had a heyday with Ronald Reagan's presidency, describing the actor-turned-president as an "amiable dunce." But in his new book, "Ronald Reagan: How an Ordinary Man Became and Extraordinary Leader," Dinesh D'Souza argues that Reagan was, in fact, was one of the most influential presidents of all time.
