COL. GEN. MARJANOVIC: (Through interpreter.) After long negotiations with the representatives of the international forces, international organizations, under the auspices of the United Nations, the negotiations were very difficult, but finally we managed to sign the agreement, the agreement on peace. It means that the war ended. It also means that the policy of peace prevailed, the policy of peace which is conducted by the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and President Milosevic.

During these negotiations we showed that we are really for peace. We stayed all this long time, and we would like to provide full safety in the area for all the citizens of Kosovo and Metohija.

The international security forces would be under the auspices of the United Nations, would undertake an obligation to provide full peace within the area.

Thank you very much. There is no time for questions. It's not time for them.
