Commerical = 6 cents/kwh

Deregulation

Minnesota has not adopted retail or wholesale deregulation of the power industry. Instead, the state legislature is considering a bill to streamline energy generation, distribution and use. The proposal will be considered this year and will likely focus on fostering centralized energy planning and increased use of renewable energy sources.
