Commerical = 10 cents/kwh

Industrial = 7 cents/kwh(National ranking: 8)

1st ranking = highest rate in catagory

Deregulation

Vermont's power industry remains regulated. No action has been taken on a 1999 voluntary plan from two investor-owned utilities to offer customer choice. A task force created in 1998 studied deregulation nationwide and regionally.
