WisconsinElectricity RatesResidential = 7 cents/kwh (National ranking: 37) Commerical = 6 cents/kwh Industrial = 4 cents/kwh(National ranking: 38) kwh = kilowatt hour1st ranking = highest rate in catagory DeregulationWisconsin has not deregulated its power industry and no immediate plans for restructuring in terms of retail competition. The Public Service Commission has instead focused recently on Wisconsin's electricity infrastructure.
