Commerical = 5 cents/kwh

Industrial = 3 cents/kwh(National ranking: 46)

Deregulation

Deregulation-related legislation has not gone far in Wyoming. The state's Public Service Commission issued a report on the electric industry in 1997 that called for further study of the issue. Wyoming's legislature considered issues related to deregulation in 2000, but no measures passed.
