Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden officially nominated his father, Joe Biden -- whom he also attributed as his 'hero' -- for vice president of the United States at the Democratic National Convention on Thursday. As the delegates unanimously approved the nomination, Joe Biden began to tear up.
