State Representative Mark Kruzan
Monroe County, Indiana

Mark Kruzan, a Democrat, has represented House District 61 in Monroe County, Indiana, since 1986. Kruzan served as the youngest member of the Indiana General Assembly from 1986 until 1990.

Kruzan currently serves as the House Minority Whip and serves as a member of the following House Committees: Environmental Affairs, Ranking Minority Member Economic Growth & Regulatory Relief, Ranking Minority Member Judiciary Public Policy, Ethics, & Veterans Affairs. He has also served on the Ways & Means and Urban Affairs Committees.

Kruzan is a graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington (Journalism/ Political Science '82 and Law '85). He is an attorney and an Adjunct Professor at the Indiana University School of Public & Environmental Affairs where he teaches "Indiana Policy & Politics".
