Rachel Binah
Mendocino, CA Rachel Binah owns a bed and breakfast inn on the coast of Mendocino. Ms. Binah is very concerned about protecting the coast from off-shore oil development and ensuring sustained yields in our forests. Although her primary focus is the environment, she is also concerned about the need for services for the frail and elderly because her father has Alzheimer's disease. She chairs the Environmental Caucus for the California Democratic Party.
