Reaction to the attack

If I was President Bush, I would not have backed down so easily. This country is continually making threats of possible military action as if it scares the other countries. Where I'm from, it's put up or shut up. I think we could have handled it without a war, but now we have made ourselves look like we're scared to go in and get our people back from a potential hostile country.

I am scared about the terrorist attacks. All of those innocent people who lost their lives because of their foolish acts. No one deserves them killing others when they knew they would knock down the World Trade Center and take out part of the Pentagon and also the people who were on the four planes. I think all of those people should be remembered except the terrorists who killed all of those people. They should be remembered for life.

Craig, Zionsville, IN

I would like to comment on the war protesting by U.S. citizens. First of all, I think the media has twisted the whole military action. I think the government is performing more of a man hunt than an all out war. Our government is seeking specific groups of people and is not planning to bomb cities at random. Lastly, the Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 13:1-5 that God has established governing authorities and that He uses them to punish the wrongdoer for the government does not bear the sword for nothing.
