Who are these scientists?

They are members of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. It was created by the United Nations in 1988 to examine global warming. The panel consists of hundreds of scientists who are studying the issue. The IPCC is sponsored by the United Nations Environment Programme and the World Meteorological Organization.
