SCOTUS Decision: America’s Youth Speak Out

The Affordable Care Act includes reforms that will change how young people can get and keep their health care, causing many youth to become vocal on the issue.

The Supreme Court ruled today to uphold the controversial Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, informally nicknamed “Obamacare”. This court case has drawn the attention of the nation during this election year because of the effect it will have on the future of healthcare legislation; a key portion of President Obama’s election platform.
