Russia’s presidential election will be held this weekend to select Vladamir Putin’s successor. We’ve aired a series of exclusive video dispatches from Russia this week from correspondent Simon Marks. Given the current attention on our own Presidential videoplayer.jpg election, it may be an interesting contrast for your class to glimpse the Russian situation and election controversy. Each of these 2 to 3 minute video clips can be viewed separately if desired.

We intend to present more video clips in future blog entries, and would appreciate knowing if this flash video plays on your computer. If you encounter problems please let me know.
