Dr. Sussman leads workshops and retreats for groups from organizations throughout the U.S. and other countries. He writes a regular feature on workforce diversity in the U.S. He consults on strategic issues and future directions for senior managers in many organizations. Formerly, he was chief workforce analyst and futurist for Digital Equipment Corporation. His new book is "How Diversity Works." Dr. Sussman lives and works in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
