How likely is a greater Balkans war?

What is being done to bring the KLA into the agreement?

Are we simply sowing the seeds of future conflict?

Can there be peace with Milosvic in power?

Why has NATO not acted sooner?

Clinton Fernandes of Sydney, Australia asks:

Will externally-imposed borders merely sow the seeds of future conflict?

Jonathan Landay responds:

I'm not sure how this question applies as there is no proposal at present for the external imposition of new borders for Kosovo.

Prof. Alex Dragnich responds:

Externally-imposed borders, if not generally acceptable to both sides, are no guarantors of peace.
