| Resveratrol |
 |
| Resveratrol is found in the skin and seeds of grapes used to make red wine, as well as in peanuts, blueberries, cranberries and other plants. Some research suggests that resveratrol helps prevent damage to blood vessels and reduces "bad" cholesterol. |
