President Urges U.S. Competitiveness, Fight on 'Tyranny'
Vice President Dick Cheney, President Bush and House Speaker Dennis Hastert, R-Ill.President Bush, in his State of the Union speech Tuesday, said U.S. security depends on ending tyranny in the world, while maintaining U.S. competitiveness requires investments in technology and scientific learning.
