Farida Zumorrod, a professor at a school of Islamic sciences, was in the audience at the training. She says the training can help people evolve their thinking on HIV and those infected. "When we first heard about the disease, people used to say that the person contaminated with it should be burned and excluded," she said. "But these negative ideas were due to the ignorance."
