Gremlin-like Leonardo was the first robot created by the Personal Robots Group. He can recognize faces, has a range of expressions and the ability to touch.
"We used Leo to investigate how humans would like to interact with robots, how they could teach robots new tasks, and if it was possible for robots to instruct a human on a new task," explains MIT PhD candidate Sigurour Orn.
