The CityCar was designed to alleviate clogged byways, pollution and inefficiency.
"The car folds up so it occupies a very small space in the city," explains Kent Larson, Director of the Changing Places Group at the Media Lab. When folded up, "we can get roughly eight cars to every conventional car," says Larson.
The vehicle is powered by four electric motors in its wheels, making it carbon-free.
