Decorating for 325 Square Feet

The micro-units developed as part of New York City’s pilot will measure between 250 and 370 square feet. nARCHITECTS’ rendering shows the days and nights of micro life. Not only does the bed fold down from the wall, but there’s also a fold-down counter for dining and a wheeled table that seats up to six.

According to the Mayor’s office, nARCHITECTS won the city’s design contest in part because their design allowed for generous 9’-10” floor-to-ceiling heights.
