Aspen Santa Fe Ballet

For their second act, the Aspen Santa Fe Ballet chose to take the international influences literally in their interpretation of the divertissements. "The Russian dance uses a duet of professional Russian dancers, the Chinese dance is a professional dancer performing a traditional Chinese ribbon dance, and the Arabian dance is performed by an aerialist who performs a contortionist routine hanging from a gold silk suspended from the flys," said Mossbrucker.
