Stop #3: Edward R. Murrow Park

In the shadow of the World Bank building at the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and 18th Street NW, activists at the second stop discuss negative effects of globalization, especially for labor. Using cut-out imagery of the song lyrics to "Joe Hill," Melissa Klein (not pictured) of The Shadow Senators led a sing-along to the ballad of the early-20th century labor activist.

Sean Duncavage holds the cut-out imagery of the lyrics on the left and Jennifer Jeremias holds it on the right.
