Restoring the Reef

A pair of divers check on baby corals in the Coral Restoration Foundation nursery in the Florida Keys. Here the corals are protected in their fragile early growth stages. Once the corals have grown more, they will be replanted on the ocean floor in an effort to maintain and restore the reef ecosystem.
