NFIB v. Sebelius (2012)
In one of the year's most anticipated Supreme Court decisions, the justices ruled 5-4 to uphold most of the Affordable Care Act, including the law's so-called individual mandate which requires nearly all Americans to have health insurance or face a fine.
Protestors gathered outside
to await the decision, which was delivered on the last day of the Court's term.
