'Sno'easter-cane'

Snow plows open Interstate 68 in western Maryland's Garrett County on Tuesday. Prior to making landfall, Hurricane Sandy had been referred to as a "sno'easter-cane," a word that blended its qualities as a hurricane and a nor'easter storm that delivered snow to Maryland and West Virginia.
