Hurricane Sandy didn't stop at the U.S. border. Power workers survey a car burned by an electrical fire after a tree toppled over a power line in Toronto. More than 100,000 Canadians were still without power on Tuesday after Sandy knocked down power lines and halted work at one refinery.
