A rescue worker carries a boy on his back as emergency workers rescue residents from flood waters in Little Ferry, New Jersey. A tidal surge up the Hackensack River caused a wall of water to overflow a natural berm between midnight and 1:30 a.m., flooding the towns of Moonachie, Little Ferry and Carlstadt.
