Thousands of Minnesota Turkeys

Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton celebrated turkeys on Nov. 20, 2012, with a press conference in St. Paul. The Minnesota Turkey Growers Association will donate 1,180 whole birds to Hunger Solutions Minnesota, which will provide them to food pantries across the state. Minnesota is the nation's top producer of turkeys, according to the governors office.
